What is the Drop Ship Program?
By using our Drop Ship Program, you will have the advantage of access to our complete wholesale inventory. We offer state-of-the-art fulfillment capability. Our name will not appear in or on the shipping carton.
How do I create a Dropship account with you?
- Create a user account on our website.
- Login using your credentials.
- If you are not already on the 'Account Management' Page, you will have to click the 'Account' link situated in the top right section of the site.
- Within the Account Management section look for 'Submit Credit Application' link and click on it.
- You can fill the credit application online and click on 'Submit'.
- Your application will be reviewed by our Dropshipping department. A response will be sent to you upon compeletion of the review.
- Once your application is approved your account will be marked as a 'Dropship' account and you will start receiving an inventory file on a daily basis.
Do I need to provide you with anything else once the Dropship account has been created?
You need to provide us the following:
- Your company Logo.
- You Company contact information that you want show on the Packing lists.
How long will it take for orders to get shipped?
All orders will be shipped UPS or USPS within the United States. If the order can be placed before 10:00 am EST it should only take approximately 1-5 business days for standard ground shipping. All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours. UPS & USPS does not count the weekend or Holidays as standard business days. Depending on what type of shipping method you choose, you could receive your order the next business day. All shipping costs are based on the zip code, weight of the package and shipping method.
How do I get your inventory list and images.
We carry thousands of products that you can feature in your store or on your website. To facilitate this process, we email an inventory feed that contains a detailed (and up to date) account of our inventory on a daily basis.
This will be made available to you in a .csv (comma seperated value) format. This file will have a column in which the url of the image will be listed for each product.
How do I send the orders to you.
You can send us your orders using a .csv file. The format of this file is predefined. This format will be supplied to you once your dropship account is approved with us.
What will the shipping costs be?
We use UPS or USPS for shipping orders. Rates are retrieved directly from UPS or USPS when you order is imported into our system.
How do I handle taxes on my orders?
It is the responsibility of the drop shipper to charge state tax for any package that is being shipped to the state in which they are based.
It is also the responsibility of the drop shipper to charge Indiana or Kentucky State tax to any package of theirs that is being shipped to Indiana or Kentucky because we are an Indiana based company and we have a fulfilment center in KY.
How are Returns handled?
It is the dropshippers responsibility to ship any products returned by your customers to our warehouse.
How do you handle Fraudulent Orders?
We are not responsible for fraudulent dropship orders. It is the responsibility of dropshippers to verify billing information before placing the order.
How are Orders that are not Received handled?
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.
If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit our drop shipper.
We will pursue a claim with the shipping carrier on behalf of the drop shipper that the shipping carrier didn't deliver the product to the correct person
or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from the shipping carrier, we will credit the drop shippers' account.
Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that the shipping carrier will accept our claim.
How do you handle Missing Product Claims?
Each drop ship package and their contents are checked multiple times. If a customer claims that one of the products has not been received, the drop shipper may file a
claim with us to investigate the situation. If our investigation reveals that there was infact a missing item, we will credit your account immediately.
The following information will be required to being investigation process:
- Drop Shipper Company Name
- Account email address
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Shipping Carrier's Tracking Number
- Missing product's Name, SKEW, Quantity
How do you handle Damaged Product Claims?
Each drop ship package and their contents are checked multiple times. If a customer claims that one of the products received was damaged, the drop shipper may file a
claim with us to investigate the situation. After receiving the claim, we will in most circumstances request that the damaged product
be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with the shipping carrier on behalf of the drop shipper that the shipping carrier
didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from the carrier, we will credit the drop shipper's account for the product.
Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months.

- Missing product's Name, SKEW, Quantity
- Detailed description of the damage
How do you handle Out of Stock Items?
If an item is not on our website, we do not currently have it in stock.
Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that
is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card. It is your responsibility to contact and
credit your customer.
